Refund policy

Return Policy Terms and Conditions:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please, check the item as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To cancel an order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your cancellation request, please call us on tel.: 0191 5672004.

There is no charge for a cancellation if the item has not been dispatched.

To start a return, you must contact us to request return details (reference return code).

If your return request is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: A return without fault, will be treated as a cancellation and a restocking charge will be levied of 15% of the total value including vat and delivery.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt, including the box or envelope for any external damage.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item.
This documentation is essential for processing damage claims with our carrier and ensuring we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for :

  • Microphones, in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors (or any items that touch your mouth, nose, or inner ear) if opened due to health and hygiene reasons
  • Goods ordered to meet specific customer requirements
  • Special order items (products designed or customised to customer specifications)
  • Internal computer components (e.g., PCI sound cards) if they have been inserted into a computer or the bag seal has been broken
  • Software products with broken check-seals or opened packaging
  • Copyrighted goods, including software, media, and samples (once purchased, these items cannot be returned due to licensing restrictions)
  • Products that have been tampered with, modified, or serviced by unauthorised technicians
  • Sale or clearance items
  • e-Gift cards
  • If you are unsure whether a specific item qualifies for return, please contact us for clarification.

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 working days.
