How Your Order Works

How It Works

Each product is made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production — printed, embroidered, or assembled depending on the product — and quality-checked before dispatch.

Typical production time is 2–5 business days, after which standard shipping times apply.

All products tagged as Print on Demand in our store are included.

Personalisation

Selected products offer personalisation options such as custom name or text — available directly on the product page. Please double-check your details before adding to cart, as orders are produced exactly as submitted.

Once placed, your design goes through a revision review within the 1-hour grace period before printing. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of ordering.

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Taxation

All prices in our store include VAT at the applicable rate for your region (UK VAT is 20%).

If you are ordering from outside Europe, tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

For international orders, customs duties and import fees may apply upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to your local customs authority.

A Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option may be available at checkout for orders to Canada and the UK, covering all duties upfront.

Delivery

Print-on-demand orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, plus standard shipping time.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Issues

Please always contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Email us at info@aleniamusicart.com or call 0191 567 2004 and we will provide full instructions.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will review the case and liaise with our fulfilment partner to assess the issue.

If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing or fulfilment error, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no cost to you.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted, as every item is made to order especially for you.
